TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order. You can contact us on 0844 335 1334, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to the postal address given below. We require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order, we may pass this number onto our courier to help with the delivery of your order. We will send you a confirmation of your order to the email address you have provided us with. Please note this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Please note you will be charged at the time of placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following: the product being out of stock; our inability to obtain the authorisation of payment; the identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion; you not meeting the eligibility to order as set out in the Terms and Conditions. The terms of your order will be made available to you on request via email to we advise you to print off and retain confirmation of the order for your records.
Unfortunately we may find that an item has sold out after you have placed your order, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and either offer you an alternative or a refund, or we may be able to request more stock from the supplier, in which case we will notify you when the delivery would be expected. Sometimes, we may offer a pre-order facility for an item we are awaiting delivery on, an estimated day of delivery will be provided on the website and we will notify you via email once the stock has arrived in. Some of our items will be dispatched to you directly from our suppliers which may result in you receiving more than one package for your order. If a pricing error is identified on an advertised product before an item is shipped, we retain the right to offer the customer a full refund or the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct selling price.
We shall ensure that you are aware of our legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
We use a range of courier to ensure your order arrives with you as quickly and safely as possible. Standard delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days and is delivered by TNT Express Services although we may occasionally use different couriers. You will be required to sign for your delivery, so you may wish to nominate a delivery address other than your home. Next Day delivery is a signed for service (your order must be placed by 12pm for us to guarantee next day delivery). Next Day delivery before 12pm is a signed for service (your order must be completed before 12pm for us to guarantee next day delivery). Saturday Next Day delivery (your order must be placed by 12pm on Friday for us to guarantee Saturday delivery).
Please note that some addresses like the Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer and are not available for Next Day delivery. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions. We also offer International delivery; this is not eligible for free standard delivery; please contact our customer service team for more information. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods. Please send goods with completed returns form within 7 days of receipt, in a resalable condition. If you wish to return sale items you must notify us of this within 7 working days from receipt of your package. Where an email address is provided we will confirm any cancellation or refund by email, you should expect your refund within 10 working days from dispatch of your returned items. Delivery charges will be refunded only where an entire order is returned. This does not affect your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
A returns form if not already supplied, can be downloaded by visiting the Returns Policy page or by calling our Customer Service team on 0844 335 1334. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item has arrived faulty or damaged you should contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. When returning an item please ensure a signature is required upon delivery to us.
Under the distance selling regulations you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of certain items ‘which by their nature cannot be returned’). You may not return products if they have been damaged (in our reasonable opinion) as a result of fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage (by you), negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop the order from being sent to you but in some cases will be unable to do so. In these cases you should either reject the order at point of delivery or you will have to return the item to us at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to cancel your order you must return the products to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the items until they are received at the return address and thus we advise customers to use a special delivery service when returning items and to retain their proof of postage until receipt is confirmed by us.
Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for merchandise online at www.crackers.co.uk or by phone on 0844 335 1334. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Gift Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. crackers.co.uk is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any vouchers that have been modified, damaged or defaced. Gift Vouchers are only valid with a unique serial number on the reverse. Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and they cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. We reserve the right to withdraw gift vouchers, codes and promotions at any time without prior warning.

crackers.co.uk does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither crackers.co.uk nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of crackers.co.uk or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you. All contracts entered into with Celebration Crackers Ltd or any subsidiary company are subject to UK law.
