All orders will be confirmed with an automatic order confirmation email to the customer (buyer) from info@crackers.co.uk. This order confirmation is sent by default and will arrive within 15 minutes of the order being placed. Incorrect email entry will result in the order being placed but no confirmation being received by the customer (buyer).

If an automatic order confirmation is not received within 15 minutes of the order being placed, please cheack all spam / junk mailboxes within the mail server. If the email cannot be located, please email info@crackers.co.uk with the customer name, order date, delivery address and phone number, and a crackers representative will contact you within the next business day.

Orders will be despatched with TNT, FedEx or the Royal Mail. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery, so please try to ensure there will be somebody to receive the parcel(s).

If there is nobody to receive the parcel(s) a re-delivery will be automatically tried the next working day. Express UK Mainland (excludes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)
We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames unless we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable). Sometimes, for example, during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order (standard delivery) may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please note any order placed on a weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. All deliveries are subject to the couriers' Terms and Conditions.

Other Delivery Destinations

For certain destinations such as the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or other Isle away from mainland UK you will need to email or call us to obtain a delivery cost and time frame info@crackers.co.uk. We offer overseas delivery to the US and most of Europe. Please email or call us to obtain a delivery cost and time frame info@crackers.co.uk.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods. A returns form can be obtained by calling 0844 335 1334 to be sent to you by email or post or click the link on the bottom of this page to download one. If there is something damaged or broken in your order, before sending anything back please call 0844 335 1334 and we can organise a replacement instead. Please note before signing for any parcels check that the packaging is in good order. Should the packaging be damaged in any way please sign for the parcel as “damaged”. For all other returns please send the goods back with completed returns form within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging to:

If you return your order in full to us within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights on cancellation are not affected. Please note, all delivery charges incurred on returns made after the 7 working day period noted above, or for exchanges, will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect, miss-described or faulty items, so please attach the correct postage. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers residing outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination; therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service. Please get proof of postage as we can only refund on receipt of the unwanted goods. Proof of postage does not mean that you have to pay for Recorded delivery; you can just get a receipt for First or Second class post to prove that you have sent the goods. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost. If a returned product is faulty, we will refund the original delivery cost and the postage paid by you to send it back to us.
