Terms & Condition Of Sale:
Celebration House Limited (CHL) terms and conditions of sale are detailed below and acceptance of these terms with the placing of an order is considered a binding contract. Any conditions that appear or are referred to on the purchasers document have no effect on this contract.

First Order:
Pro-forma payment required.

New Accounts:
Two trade and one bank reference.

Payment:
Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest at bank base rate plus 8% per annum on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond 30 days. Any account not maintained within our payment terms will be placed on stop until cleared. Confirmed purchase orders are only valid when our terms and conditions of sale are adhered to.

Personalised:
Pro-forma payment required on all orders.
Retention of Title and Risk:
The ownership of all goods shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been received by CHL although the risk passes to the customer at the time of delivery. Our ownership is not impaired by relocation of merchandise either by sale or movement to or by third parties not privy to our initial contract of sale. Legal and collection fees incurred through debt recovery will be charged to the purchaser.

Prices:
All prices are quoted in £Sterling excluding VAT. All prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice due to International currency movement, changes in freight rates and handling charges. We also reserve the right to alter order quantities to comply with pack quantities. Prices quoted exclude carriage.

Discounts:
Promotional discounts must be agreed in writing at the time of ordering.

Returns:
Goods should not be returned without prior agreement. Carriage will be charged unless 3 days prior notice has been given. To receive credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and in saleable condition.

Damaged and Lost Goods:
In order to receive credit, the purchaser must notify us within 14 days of delivery date. Damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on delivery.

Export Orders:
Customers operating within the EEC must supply their VAT number prior to ordering or VAT will be charged and be payable at applicable rate.

Law and Arbitration:
English Law shall govern any dispute arising out of or in connection with the sale and supply of our merchandise or services.

Minimum Order:
£300 excluding carriage.

Carriage:
Carriage is charged at cost on all orders. Export packing, special documentation, consular fees etc., extra at cost.
